Discovering Casentino after the Michelin star

CHEF

The gastronomic vision of our chef Erez Ohayon is closely linked to his origins: growing up in a kibbutz near the Sea of Galilee, from childhood, close contact with animals and the habit of gathering herbs and mushrooms have shaped his culinary idea. After working in Florence alongside chef Filippo Saporito at the Michelin-starred restaurant "Leggenda dei Frati" and joining the brigade at "Jardin La Ménagère," he earned a Michelin star as the executive chef of "Bottega del Buon Caffè" in Florence. He decided to leave Florence and embark on this new adventure in Casentino with a specific purpose: to apply his knowledge to the narrative of a land rich in unique ingredients and products that tell stories.
