dish at Kaymà is born from the selection
of ingredients: every morning, our chef explores the Casentino woods
in search of wild herbs and flowers, handpicking the finest local
products at zero kilometers. This way, the flavors that narrate this
land, along with the recipes of its tradition, can take on new forms,
continuing to express their beauty and uniqueness.
